"Nektarios Studios" are located in Skala Agistri, in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the port and the sea.

They consist of three studios located on the first floor.

"Nektarios Studios" offers very affordable prices and a pleasant, family atmosphere. The studios are very clean and have balconies with wonderful views of the sea or the mountains.

Very close to the studios there are taverns, grill houses, a supermarket, a minimarket, a bakery and a shop where you can rent bicycles or motorcycles so that you can explore the island.

"Nektarios studios" consists of 3 studios.

One of the studios has a double bed and two of the studios include single beds.

Each studio has a wardrobe, a table with chairs, a mini fridge, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.

Each studio also has its own balcony. Two of the studios have sea views, while the third has views of the mountains and the city.

Prices are very reasonable and vary by period and days of stay.

Agistri is only 55 minutes from Piraeus port and is the best option for whoever wants to have relaxing vacations near Athens or for whoever wants to escape for the weekends in a near idyllic destination.

It is a small heaven on earth situated at the Saronic Gulf, smothered in plants and trees, with pine trees "touching" its crystal blue waters. The island's four communities (Megalochori - Skala - Limenaria - Metochi) are ideal for wonderful summer holidays and for relaxing, calm weekends. Agistri is the third greenest island in Greece, as 80% of its groundis covered by trees.

In Agistri you will come across verdurous pine woods, sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, traditional colors, quietude, peacefulness and yet an intense nightlife according to the visitor's preference.

Agistri has two natural ports which are approached by boats: the port of Skala and the port of Megalochori. Ferry boats from Piraeus dock at Skala and flying dolphins at Megalochori, whereas both ports are linked to Aegina all year round, with sea taxis or local shippiing schedules.

Megalochori, also known as "Mylos", is situated to the west of Skala and is the Administrative capital of the island. The community's headquarters are situated in Megalochori.

At Skala and Megalochori there are numerous tourist shops, hotels, rooms and apartments to let, tavernas, coffe shops and bars. At Agistri you will also find super-markets, bakeries, food shops, retail shops, a bank, a pharmacy and a regional health center affiliated to the Tzaneio hospital in Piraeus. Entertainment includes an open air cinema, sea sports, various bars and clubs, where you can enjoy yourselves until the morning.

To tour around the island there are shops where you can rent bicycles and motorbikes. For your transportation to various locations on the island, there are taxies, busus or even the tourist train.

Agencies, the police, the port police, the community and even the islanders themselves are willing to assist you in whatever you may need during your stay on the island.

Nektarios Studios are located in the area of Skala, in a very quiet area, 50 meters from the sea and 250 meters from the harbor.

For your swim, you go out to the beach from a dirt road and then, after about 100 meters, you will find an organized beach with sun loungers, tables and tufted umbrellas.

From this point you can see the picturesque taverns of Skala, the cafe-snacks, the bars and all kinds of other shops.

Very close to the studios there is the only pharmacy of Skala and at about 50 meters, following the asphalt road, there are the supermarket, the newspapers and the Skala bakery, also shops for renting bikes or mopeds.

BY FERRY BOATS

From the port of Piraeus there are daily depertures of Ferry Boats for Agistri. Ferry Boats accepts cars and motorbikes, apart from passengers. The trip lasts 1 hour & 45 minutes.

The ferry boat reaches first the port of Aegina island and then the port of Agistri island. So, visitors can come from Aegina to Agistri island with the ferry boat that reaches the ports: Piraeus - Aegina - Agistri. BY ΜΕ AERO HIGHSPEED OR FLYING DOLPHINS

Aegean's Flying Dolphins and Hellenic Seaways' Aero Highspeed depart daily from the port of Piraeus. The journey takes 55 minutes.

Their first stop is Aegina. The Flying Dolphin arrives at Skala, while the Aero Highspeed arrives at Megalochori (Mylos).

FROM AEGINA ISLAND

You can reach Agistri island from the port of Aegina island, with the boat "AGISTRI EXPRESS" or with a sea taxi.

During summer, there are frequent shipping schedules and the timetable is listed at the port of Aegina island.

1. If you reach Skala by speedboat or ferry boat

We follow the road that leaves the waterfront and heads towards Megalochori. The road zigzags slightly and after about 300 meters we come across a supermarket on our right. Just before the supermarket there is an intersection, where we continue left uphill and after about 20 meters we arrive at "Nektarios studios", to our right.

2. If you arrive in Megalochori with Aero Highspeed

We need to take the bus that usually waits for the speedboat, which will take us to Skala at the Church of Agioi Anargyroi, where it terminates. Then, to get to the hotel from the Church of Agioi Anargyroi, we head left along the coast, as shown by the dotted line on the map below.

A different route to reach the studios is to take a taxi from the port of the ferry boats. The distance is approximately 2 kilometers.
