"Maria studios" is located to the Mylos village, it is a very quiet building and it is only 5 minutes away from the main port and the sea.

It consists of 4 studios on the first floor of the building and one double apartment in the groundfloor. All the studios and the apartment have got free wi-fi to all the places.

"Maria studios" are newly constructed, luxurious and the environment is relaxing and comfortable. The studios are very clean, thay have big verandas with marvelous sea view and mountain view.

Very close to the studios there are tavernas, supermarket, minimarket, bakery and you can rent bikes or motorbikes so you can explore the island.

You can rent the studios for whole the seazon in affordable prices or for the whole year.

"Maria studios" consists of 4 studios on the first floor of the building, with free wi-fi to all the areas.

Three of the studios have got a double bed and one single bed. The fourth studio has got one double bed. In all the studios one additional bed can be added. So the max accommodation reaches three to four persons.

Each of the studios have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kettels, fridge, television, air condition and a bathroom.

At the groundfloor of "Maria's studios", there is one apartment which can accommodate 4 to 5 persons.

At the groundfloor of the Apartment there is a fully equipped sitting room and dining room, a kichen fully equipped with all the nesessary utensils, boiler, refrigerator, toilet with bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.

At the second floor of the apartment there are two single beds. The apartment has got air condition, flat tv, and also free wireless internet.

Agistri is only 55 minutes from Piraeus port and is the best option for whoever wants to have relaxing vacations near Athens or for whoever wants to escape for the weekends in a near idyllic destination.

It is a small heaven on earth situated at the Saronic Gulf, smothered in plants and trees, with pine trees "touching" its crystal blue waters. The island's four communities (Megalochori - Skala - Limenaria - Metochi) are ideal for wonderful summer holidays and for relaxing, calm weekends. Agistri is the third greenest island in Greece, as 80% of its groundis covered by trees.

Agistri has two natural ports which are approached by boats: the port of Skala and the port of Megalochori. Ferry boats from Piraeus dock at Skala and flying dolphins at Megalochori, whereas both ports are linked to Aegina all year round, with sea taxis or local shippiing schedules.

Megalochori, also known as "Mylos", is situated to the west of Skala and is the Administrative capital of the island. The community's headquarters are situated in Megalochori.

At Skala and Megalochori there are numerous tourist shops, hotels, rooms and apartments to let, tavernas, coffe shops and bars. At Agistri you will also find super-markets, bakeries, food shops, retail shops, a bank, a pharmacy and a regional health center affiliated to the Tzaneio hospital in Piraeus. Entertainment includes an open air cinema, sea sports, various bars and clubs, where you can enjoy yourselves until the morning.

To tour around the island there are shops where you can rent bicycles and motorbikes. For your transportation to various locations on the island, there are taxies, busus or even the tourist train.

It has a natural port and a refueling marina for boats. Furthermore, this is the docking area for Flying Dolphins arriving from Piraeus. Emerald crystal clear waters among natural bays which create sandy areas.

Picturesque stone-paved alleys, traditional houses, cafeterias, elderly figures with local garments and the unique wind-mill, present through their existence this land's vivid history.

Stone made houses, white-washed benches, indian-red roofs, home-made bakeries, tidy yards meet the modern hotel units. Taverns, restaurants, cafes, snack-bars and clubs are eager to host in the best way all of you who visit our island.

BY FERRY BOATS

From the port of Piraeus there are daily depertures of Ferry Boats for Agistri. Ferry Boats accepts cars and motorbikes, apart from passengers. The trip lasts 1 hour & 45 minutes.

The ferry boat reaches first the port of Aegina island and then the port of Agistri island. So, visitors can come from Aegina to Agistri island with the ferry boat that reaches the ports: Piraeus - Aegina - Agistri. BY FLYING DOLPHINS

From the port of Piraeus there are daily depertures of Flying Dolphins for Agistri of 2 companies, the Hellenic SeaWays and the Aegean Flying Dolphins. The trip lasts for 55 minutes.

The Flying Dolphins reaches first the port of Aegina island and then the port of Agistri island. So, visitors can come from Aegina to Agistri island with the Flying Dolphins that reaches the ports: Piraeus - Aegina - Agistri. FROM AEGINA ISLAND

You can reach Agistri island from the port of Aegina island, with the boat "AGISTRI EXPRESS" or with a sea taxi.

During the summer, there are frequent shipping schedules and the timetable is listed at the port of Aegina island.

1. If we reach Megalochori by flying dolphin

"Maria's studios" is only 5 minutes away (400 meters) from the Megalochori port where the flying dolphins are. To reach the studios we ascend the road like the dotted line shows at the map and we find the studios at our right.

2. If we reach Skala village by Ferry boat

We have to take the bus which is in front of the Church of Agioi Anargiroi and go to Megalochori at the port.To reach the studios we ascend the road like the dotted line shows at the map and we find the studios at our right.

A different route to reach the studios is to take a taxi from the port of the ferry boats. The distance is approximately 2 kilometers.
